Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Please read these terms before using our website, tools and content.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of learnchinesewithabdul.com and the content and tools published by Learn Chinese with Abdul ("we", "us"), run by Abdul Azeem. By using the website you agree to them.

2. What we offer

We provide Chinese language learning content for Urdu-speaking learners, including lessons, vocabulary, character and stroke guides, eBooks, a free Chinese-to-Urdu pronunciation (talafuz) tool, translation services, and educational videos on social media platforms.

3. Using the website

You may use the website and free tools for personal, non-commercial learning. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Our content

Lessons, videos, images, logos, and other materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may share links to them and use them for your own study. You may not copy, resell, or republish them without our written permission.

5. Social media accounts, TikTok and YouTube integrations

We use a scheduling app connected to our own social media accounts, including TikTok, to publish our own lesson content (TikTok, and YouTube through YouTube API Services). It is operated only by us, for our own accounts. It is not a service offered to other users. By connecting these accounts we agree to follow TikTok's Terms of Service and developer policies and the YouTube Terms of Service, and how we handle related data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Paid products and services

Where eBooks, translation services, or other paid products are offered, their price and delivery details are shown when you order. Please contact us if you have a problem with an order.

7. Accuracy

We work to keep our lessons accurate, but language learning content can contain mistakes, and Urdu pronunciation guides are approximations of Chinese sounds. We provide content "as is" and cannot guarantee exam results or fluency.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party links and platforms

Our content links to and appears on third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
